I have been a customer at Roots for almost 10 years, jumping from stylist to stylist. I have always had great service- the staff are friendly, the area is clean. I have been Shannon’s client for over a year, and I feel so lucky to have established with her! She listens to what I want, gives me amazing results, and the conversation with her is always so easy. Shannon will keep me returning, even if I have to drive 30 minutes to see her!

I have never ever had a bad experience here at the Oak Creek Salon. I've been going to Sarah for over 5 years. She's a star! I have thinning hair. Sarah is a master at cutting my hair and makes me feel like a million bucks! She is also talented at color! I highly recommend Roots in Oak Creek. Ask for Sarah!

It was a wonderful first time experience at Roots Salon. Shannon was patient and very attentive with helping me decide on just the right cut. I feel like a new woman! Jersey helped me check out. She was super nice and very informative explaing their awesome rewards program. I highly reccomend.
